xAll purchases are covered by our 90 day warranty period. Additional manufacturers warranty may also apply to products. If anything goes wrong with your product, we’ll replace it up to 90 days after purchase. If you have received a faulty product, please fill in the Returns Form below accompanied with photographs of your faulty product and submit this for investigation.
Any items you wish to return due to change of mind must be returned to our shop within 14 days from the date of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused and have original packaging & hygiene seal intact. A refund or credit may be issued once the product has been returned and inspected.
